We have temporarily suspended disconnections for nonpayment and late payment fees in response to the pandemic.
After the state of emergency is lifted, those who need additional time to pay any outstanding balance will be able to establish a payment arrangement for six months.
While formal payment plans are not needed at this time, we encourage all customers to consider paying what they can to avoid building up a large balance for later.
Due to the Coronavirus, Frontier Natural Gas Company is closing its office and service center locations to walk in customers. This change is effective beginning Thursday, March 12, 2020 until further notice.
